Terms of Service
Effective date: June 15, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of LLMtrack. By creating an account, using the dashboard, generating an API key, sending data to the ingest endpoint, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use LLMtrack.
1. What LLMtrack provides
LLMtrack provides tools for tracking LLM usage, cost, latency, model activity, feature usage, forecasts, alerts, reports, and related analytics.
LLMtrack is an analytics and monitoring tool. It does not provide LLM model hosting, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or guaranteed cost reduction.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting access to their accounts.
Users are responsible for all activity that occurs through their account, workspace, and API keys.
If you believe your account or API key has been compromised, you should deactivate or delete affected keys and contact support.
3. API keys
LLMtrack API keys are used to send usage events to LLMtrack.
Users must keep API keys confidential. API keys should not be exposed in public repositories, frontend code, screenshots, browser consoles on untrusted websites, or public messages.
LLMtrack may reject requests from missing, invalid, deleted, revoked, deactivated, or abusive keys.
4. User data and usage events
Users control what data they send to LLMtrack.
Users must not send data they do not have the right to process or share. Users should avoid sending sensitive personal data, confidential prompts, secrets, passwords, payment card data, private keys, or regulated data unless they intentionally choose to do so and are legally permitted.
LLMtrack may process submitted usage events to provide dashboards, analytics, reports, forecasts, alerts, and other product features.
5. Plans, limits, and feature access
LLMtrack may offer Free, Pro, Business, or other plans.
Plans may include limits such as:
- monthly tracked events
- visible history window
- request-level retention
- report access
- alerting features
- business metrics
- source/API key limits
- export access
- other feature limits
Feature availability may vary by plan.
Free plans may have limits that restrict event visibility, history windows, source counts, or advanced features.
6. Pricing changes
Pricing, plan limits, feature packaging, usage limits, and available add-ons are subject to change.
If pricing changes affect an active paid subscription, LLMtrack may provide notice before the change applies where required or commercially reasonable.
Continued use of the service after pricing or plan changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Payments
Paid plans may require payment through a third-party payment provider.
Users agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges for selected plans, renewals, upgrades, add-ons, taxes, and usage-based fees where applicable.
Failure to pay may result in downgrade, suspension, reduced access, or account limitation.
8. Refund policy
Payments are generally non-refundable.
LLMtrack does not offer refunds for:
- unused time
- lack of usage
- accidental continued subscription
- forgetting to cancel
- dissatisfaction after using the paid service
- plan changes after purchase
- user configuration mistakes
- API key misuse or exposure caused by the user
Refunds may be considered only when there is clear evidence of:
- duplicate payment caused by a system error
- billing error caused by LLMtrack or its payment system
- paid feature failure caused by a verified LLMtrack system bug that materially prevented use of the paid service
Refund requests must be reviewed and approved by LLMtrack. Approval is not automatic.
9. Cancellations
Users may cancel paid subscriptions according to the cancellation flow provided in the product or payment portal.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless the refund policy applies.
After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
10. Acceptable use
Users must not use LLMtrack to:
- violate laws or regulations
- abuse, attack, scan, overload, or disrupt the service
- attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, workspaces, data, systems, or networks
- send malicious payloads or harmful content
- bypass plan limits or security controls
- resell the service without permission
- use the service in a way that harms LLMtrack, other users, or infrastructure providers
LLMtrack may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
11. Service availability
LLMtrack aims to provide a reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed.
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party provider issues, security events, bugs, or circumstances outside our control.
LLMtrack is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
12. Data deletion
Users may delete account, workspace, key, or usage data where product controls allow it.
When data is deleted, LLMtrack removes it from active product systems where it is used to provide the service. Backups, logs, or infrastructure records may persist for a limited operational period according to normal backup, security, or legal retention practices.
Deleted active data is not used to provide ongoing analytics.
13. Intellectual property
LLMtrack and its software, design, branding, documentation, and product experience are owned by LLMtrack or its licensors.
Users retain rights to the data they submit, subject to the rights needed for LLMtrack to provide the service.
14. Third-party services
LLMtrack may rely on third-party services for hosting, database infrastructure, authentication, payments, email, analytics, monitoring, and related operations.
LLMtrack is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLMtrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
LLMtrack’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the user to LLMtrack for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or zero if the user used only a free plan.
16. Changes to these Terms
LLMtrack may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, we may provide notice through the website, dashboard, or email.
Continued use of LLMtrack after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
